Questions Answered:

1. I have had a lot of abuse in my life in many varieties and as a result I have a difficult time trusting people’s motives – particularly men. I have been having counseling sessions talking about these belief systems, but I don’t know how to make change happen. I have recreated a lot of the same patterns with men, and even when I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, the past, including recent past has shown me that often the type of men I attract actually aren’t that trustworthy. I turn this on myself because I know I’m attracting them and repeating this pattern. How can I possibly change this? Knowing in consciously is not enough.
2. Can a man not lead a good, virtuous life, be charitable, truthful and noble, work for the welfare of the community and die a good man, without aspiring for anything beyond this life, or believing in God?
3. I am devoted to God and Guru, and know that His Grace will do everything for me. Why should I do any Spiritual Practices?
