At the beginning of the webcast Louix guides viewers to sit quietly and deepen their breathing. He accompanies the beginning of the meditation with vocal notes and tones from an androgynous indium pink aura gold bowl. After a period of silence, the meditation concludes with tones from the same crystal bowl.
